Ozone Gas Alarm | O₃ Alarm Detector

Fixed ozone(O₃) alarms are used in waterworks, sewage treatment plants, food processing cold storage, pharmaceutical workshops, laboratories, hospital sterilization rooms, and chemical production plants. These industrial ozone detection systems monitor ozone concentrations in real time and automatically generate audible and visual alarms when ozone leaks or exceeds standards, ensuring safe production

CMC factory-produced ozone(O₃) detectors and controllers:

Advantages of the CMC Ozone (O₃) Detection System:
– Displays the concentration of the detected gas
– Fault alarm
– Color LCD display
– Receives a DC 4-20mA standard signal
– Equipped with a high-performance microprocessor for easy operation
– Automatically activates the fan and solenoid valve
– Outputs an RS485 signal for connection to a PLC

Fixed Ozone (O₃) Alarm Installation Height:
Ozone is heavier than air, so ozone detectors should be installed 0.3-0.6 meters above the ground, near potential leaks.

Ozone (O₃) Alarm Installation Instructions:
1. Installation Location:
Near locations where ozone may leak or be used (such as ozone generators, pipe connections, and disinfection areas).
Avoid installation near strong airflow, sources of strong electromagnetic interference, or locations with high temperatures and humidity.
2. Mounting Method:
Use a wall mount or bracket to secure the sensor probe directly to an airflow area.
During installation, ensure the probe is unobstructed and free from dust and oil. 3. Wiring and Power Connection:
3. Wiring and Power Connection:
Connect power and signal cables according to the manufacturer’s wiring diagram. Connect to the controller or alarm linkage system (e.g., exhaust and power cutoff).
Route wiring away from high-voltage cables to avoid interference.
4. Commissioning and Calibration:
After installation, perform a functional test and zero-point calibration to ensure that alarm values meet safety standards.
Perform maintenance and calibration regularly (recommended every 6-12 months).

In addition to ozone (O₃), CMC factory toxic and combustible gas alarms can also detect carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), ammonia (NH₃), chlorine (Cl₂), methane (CH₄), and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). By utilizing a variety of gas sensors, fixed gas detectors can be widely used in industries such as chemical plants, laboratories, food processing, pharmaceutical plants, and water treatment, providing enterprises with comprehensive gas safety monitoring solutions.
