Several reasons that affect the operation of gas detection system

During the installation and use of a gas alarm, what factors can affect its proper function? Today, our CMC Alarm engineers will analyze the following factors. Although these are minor issues, sometimes a problem is the result of many minor issues. Only by doing a thorough job can we avoid further problems later!

Several factors that can affect the operation of combustible gas monitors:
1. When welding industrial combustible gas alarms, non-corrosive flux must be used. Otherwise, corrosion and loss of joints or increased circuit resistance can affect proper detection.
2. Do not drop or throw fixed combustible and toxic gas alarms. To ensure that industrial gas detectors are in proper working order, they should be debugged promptly after installation.
3. To ensure the safety and sensitivity of toxic and combustible gas concentration alarms, if gas alarms are not grounded during on-site installation, electromagnetic interference cannot be eliminated, resulting in inaccurate detection data. Therefore, combustible gas alarms must be reliably grounded during installation.
4. There must not be strong magnetic and electric interference at the gas leak detection device site. If there is strong magnetic and electric interference, the measurement data will be inaccurate.
