3. Strong Stability – Excellent anti-interference capabilities, suitable for long-term use and reduced maintenance.
4. Audible and Visual Alarms and Interlocking Control – Immediate alarms when levels exceed the specified value, and can also activate exhaust, power, and sprinkler systems.
5. Multiple Signal Outputs – Supports 4-20mA, RS485, and Modbus, facilitating integration into PLC/DCS control systems.
6. Rugged and Durable – Explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant design, suitable for complex environments such as chemical plants and laboratories.

Working Principle of a Hydrogen Chloride (HCl) Gas Alarm:
Hydrogen chloride gas enters the detector → Sensor reacts with hydrogen chloride (HCl) molecules → Converts the signal into an electrical signal → Signal amplified and processed by circuitry → Compares with a set threshold → Triggers an audible and visual alarm when the concentration exceeds the specified value → Simultaneously outputs a 4-20mA/RS485/Modbus signal → Can activate exhaust, power off, or sprinkler systems

Hydrogen Chloride (HCl) Alarm Installation Location:
Because hydrogen chloride is heavier than air, the gas detector should be installed below the leak source or approximately 0.3-0.6 meters above the ground. The device should be away from strong air currents, strong electromagnetic interference, and high temperature and humidity environments.

Fixed hydrogen chloride gas alarms not only accurately detect hydrogen chloride (HCl) concentrations in the air, but can also be used to monitor concentrations of a variety of common toxic or flammable gases, such as ammonia (NH₃), chlorine (Cl₂), sulfur dioxide (SO₂), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO₂), methane (CH₄), hydrogen (H₂), and oxygen (O₂). Widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical, petrochemical, and laboratory, this device provides comprehensive gas safety monitoring solutions for enterprises and is a critical gas detection instrument for ensuring personnel safety and stable production environments.
