3. Appearance and installation:
The explosion-proof sound and light alarm is directly driven by 24VDC. If the installation cable is not long enough during installation, an explosion-proof junction box should be used for extension.
The installation location can be selected near the door, or a place where people often enter and exit and are clearly visible. The height should be 1.6-2.2 meters.
4. Usage:
1). The sound and light alarm can be used with gas detectors and alarms with node outputs.
2). Before wiring, please turn off the detector or 24V power supply, connect the two power lines (black: negative) of the sound and light alarm to the negative end of the detector or 24V power supply, (red line: DC24V) in series with the node output, and connect the other end of the node output to the DC24V positive end of the detector or 24V power supply.
5. Precautions:
1). To ensure safe use, please strictly follow the instructions.
2). When an alarm occurs on site, please handle it in time to avoid long-term continuous working of the sound and light alarm and shorten its service life.
