CMC Fixed Toxic and Combustible Gas Detector (Standalone 24V Power Supply Model) Introduction:

This fixed toxic and combustible gas detector offers two signal output options: a three-wire 4-20mA current signal or a four-wire RS485 bus. Its advantages include long transmission distance and strong anti-interference performance. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, petrochemicals (refineries, chemical plants), metallurgy, communications, gas, and power, enabling accurate gas concentration detection and leak monitoring in locations containing toxic, harmful, or combustible gases.

This gas concentration detection system, developed by our factory CMC, features a 24V explosion-proof converter design, specifically suited for scenarios where wiring is not possible but a 220V explosion-proof power supply is available. The power supply system is pre-installed with an explosion-proof converter; simply connect to a 220V power supply to start. No additional complex configuration is required, allowing for independent on-site detection of toxic and combustible gases with convenient and efficient operation.

Please note that our this gas detector has two limitations:

1. Limited external device control capabilities: It can only connect to two external exhaust ventilation devices, which cannot meet the needs of more devices linkage requiring;
2. Lack of remote monitoring functionality: After an alarm is triggered for toxic or flammable gas on-site, the control room cannot simultaneously obtain the gas leak concentration data from the detector; personnel must arrive on-site to view the specific values.

5. Two passive alarm contact outputs for basic equipment linkage.
6. Infrared remote control operation (optional), making on-site debugging more convenient.
7. Can be equipped with concentration display and independent audible and visual alarm for intuitive alarm prompts.
8. Explosion-proof design, suitable for Zone 1 and Zone 2 hazardous locations, meeting explosion-proof safety requirements.
