Produce flammable and toxic gas detectors installed in warehouses

It is very important to install flammable and toxic gas alarms in hazardous chemical warehouses. It can promptly detect and warn people of dangerous gas concentrations exceeding the standard, help take measures (such as ventilation, power off, etc.) before dangerous concentrations, and effectively prevent catastrophic accidents.

Types of flammable and toxic gas alarms of CMC:
Common alarm types include electrochemical sensors, infrared sensors, and optical sensors. The type of flammable and toxic gas alarm to be installed should be determined based on the type, characteristics, and surrounding environment of the stored chemicals.

How to properly install toxic and flammable gas detectors in hazardous chemical warehouses:
1) Ensure that the alarm can cover the entire internal space of the warehouse, and set up multiple alarms in key areas to increase sensitivity.
2) The alarm should be installed in a location where toxic gas may leak, and avoid installing it in a location that is not easily discovered or interfered with.   3) When choosing the installation location, pay attention to the weight of the gas to ensure that the gas can be accurately detected.

After installing the toxic gas alarm in the warehouse, installation and debugging should be carried out:
1) Install the alarm to ensure that the equipment wiring is correct, the sensor position is accurate, and the sensitivity adjustment is reasonable.
2) Perform necessary debugging tests to verify whether the system operates normally.
3) The combustible and toxic gas alarm should be linked with other equipment, such as ventilation system, fire extinguishing system, emergency stop button, etc., so that timely and effective response measures can be taken in an emergency.
